I was casually flipping channels and came upon a Bill O’Reilly.
He said something about Cheneys bunker.
Is there a big stink about this or something?
Are people upset?
Surprised?
How many are there?
I had always assumed that the President, Vice President, and various cabinet members would have separate bunkers in secure, secret locations in case of some form of massive attack. Putting them all in one bunker would be foolhardy, as a concentrated attack on that point would risk the possibility of wiping out the decision makers for the US Government.
From what I can quickly google, Mr. Cheney’s nieghbors suspect that blasting and large scale digging on his property mean he’s building a bunker at home. He does come out of his burrow now and then to repeat the disinformation that there were connections between the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and Saddam Hussein. Bush has admitted it’s a lie, the 9-11 commission just said it’s a lie, but Dick Cheney repeats it every time he comes out of his bunker.
Knowing Bill O’Reilly, he was probably describing his fantasy of retiring in Cheney’s bunker, preferably in the veep’s own “undisclosed location.”
Time magazine disclosed Cheney’s “undisclosed” secret place he went to dozens of times over the last three years. It is a “closed” miltary facility that originated in the 40’s, called “Site R”.

I Was wondering what the stink was, as after that little story, he (O’Reilly) complains that Atlanta is honoring rapper Ludicris which is so ironic, since Atlanta is supposedly in a huge crime rise, which has somethig to do with Ludicris, I think… :wally
