Planning a 4th of July trip with the grandsons to Busch Stadium to see the Cards play. What seating section should I aim for? There are 4 of us and looking to spend up to $150 per ticket.
Looks like you can get Diamond Box tickets for $150, right behind the dugout. Bank of America Club tickets are a little pricier at $160, and further away from the field, but they are “all-inclusive” which means buffet and unlimited beer (until the 8th inning, I think).
ETA: Looking at the actual available seats, it looks like the Diamond Box is already sold out for the 4th.
The Bank of America Club is nice and worth the money when you take the food and drinks into consideration. The best part is that you can go inside and still watch the game in the A/C, which can be a blessing during the summer. The outside seats should also be shaded unless the game takes place at noon.
Retrovertigo - longtime Cardinal season ticket holder.
For $150 on July 4 you could get good seats behind home plate in section 123 at Wrigley Field.
The complementary use of a piss trough is included in the price of your ticket.
Thanks, guys. Got Diamond Box seats behind the dugout.
