Which highlights the very odd position in which the rest of the board finds itself in relation to Reeder. Normally, it’s best to just ignore someone who posts so frequently with so little content, in the hopes that he’ll just go away. However, with Reeder, the more we respond to him, the less he’ll be able to say. Which is why I challenge every Doper to come to this thread, and post as much as often as they can. If we all pitch in together on this, we can keep this thread on the front page of the Pit until next November, and this asshole won’t be able to keep spamming us with his ridiculous and petty tirades until after the election is signed, sealed, and delivered.

Frankly, I long ago ceased being upset about this stuff, and now I take a kind of perverse pleasure in seeing the latest installments. However, were I to get annoyed one day, I might perhaps make it a point to bump a thread, say, errr, this one, at least twice daily so as to prevent any further threads from being started.
However, I certainly wouldn’t advocate doing that. Doing that would cause Reeder to stop posting new threads, and since I derive so much pleasure from seeing his threads I’d hate to see them stop coming.
