Bushco..in order to pay for our war...

Interesting read…

So your copayments are going from $7 to $15 for a month’s supply of drugs? And you find this unreasonable somehow? Do you even know what the rest of us are paying?

Not to mention the fact that the only way you’ll be affected by this proposal is if your condition isn’t service related and your income is sufficiently high.

From this press release:

Then I take you believe there should be a means test for medicare?

I’ve been over this a million times, I’ll even bet you 100 dollars it won’t

Please explain how you think it won’t.

It’s what the winners want.

We gonna spank them or what?

Ryan, you should know that hunches don’t cut it around here. Please present cites and evidence to support your position.

Why wont it?

No, you’re missing Reeder’s point, such as it is. Bush proposed it, so it’s EVILLLLL!!!

No, you’re missing the point. In the big picture this budget affects more people negatively then positively.

Let him rant.

He needs to use those kleenex he bought to wipe the drool from his lips.

Wait a minute, for four years people have been complaining about the deficit, and now Bush is proposing to reduce it. And you’re going to criticize him for that, too?

Are you another Reeder?

Please read.

Listen you foam mouthed idiot.

He’s proposing to lower it on the backs of the poor.

That’s ok with you?

The Kurds, for one reason, wouldn’t allow it. Secondly, since Kurds and the Arabs which aren’t shia, both share the same Sunni identity, the Shia will be forced into a compromise of accomodating them both. Theocracy based on Shia tenets wouldn’t work. It would be absolutely rejected, besides, like people seem to be over looking Sistani is a rival of Khomenism, and sees the system of theocracy in Iran a total failure.

As for the law being derivative from Islam, I see no problem for this, it merely provides a basis for the constitution which they can follow, there’s already a law stating that the rules of government cannot contradict Islam, so this being said isn’t anything threatening.

Which do you want him to do, lower the deficit, or cut services?

Ahh. I see you think that all will be worked out peacefully over a cup of tea.

You really don’t know much of the history of the region do you?

I want him to stop spending billions on an illegal war.

You didn’t answer my question.

Come on, Reeder, just admit it. You just live for the day your last rant drops off the front page, don’t you? Not to mention, you more than likely silently thank whatever twisted gods you pray to that GW was reelected, giving fuel to your GW fetishism.

So we should just cut and run, leaving Iraq in chaos. Well, that’s awfully nice of you.

Huh? I’m pissed because Bush ballooned the fucking thing up, and now he’s cutting some important things in order to clean up his own mess. I’m further incensed because we’re spending money around the world, but not here. He’s pledging $250 million to the Palestinians, which is nice, but if we need to trim the fat, trim that first. I say fuck 'em. It’s a tricky stance because one comes off sounding like some racist asshole or something which in my case couldn’t be further from the truth. There is only so much money to go around, and if we need to tighten the belt there are some other countries I’d prefer “make do”. If we have the resources, I’m all for helping anyone we can, but it looks like our resources are dwindling, and if that’s the case, I suggest focusing on ourselves.

Ahh…brother brutus.

Just another pass by.

Nothing to add.

It looks good on you Brutus.
