Not all terrorists are the same. Hussein’s payments to Palestinian suicide bombers has no relation to the activities of Al Qaeda. Al Qaeda is an ornganized netowrk of cells aimed at smashing not only the US, but also the secular governments of the MENA region, including Saddam Hussein. Al Qaida are Sunni religious fanatics, so they, for example hate Hezbullah, who are Shi’ite religious fanatics and no better than kufr in their eyes. Thus you have two anti-US terrorist groups who hate each other as much as they hate us. Terrorists aren’t a monolithic entity with uniform goals as you seem to think.

#3 Try again. Nothing was said that compared Bush and Clinton. Clinton was brought up as a reason some Supreme Court Justices were there. That was all, the Judges ruled as they saw fit. It wasn’t supposed to link Clinton to Bush in any way. The only link there could have been Gore and Bush.
