Let’s suppose you really want to stay concrete. Send an email to one of the mods, admitting and apologising for all, saying that you will do nothing here or elsewhere that is against posted rules. Wait three or six months, then apply to be re-admitted. You might get really lucky. For now, don’t imagine that acting hurt impresses anyone.
