What do those so-called judges know, anyway???
He says the American justice system is too weak to deter terrorism. Yeah, we should institute beheadings in the street! That will deter terrorism like it does in those countries over there! Oh, wait…hmmm…
Unfortunately, he knows this will resonate not only with his base, but with a much larger audience in this country than just that.
What kind of pansy-ass justice system waits for criminals to commit crimes before arresting them?

I wonder what sort of justice system is likely to deter a terrorist who expects to die in the commission of his crime?
We’re talking about the type of criminals who blow themselves up, or keep killing until they get gunned down in a hail of police bullets. I’m straining to think of exactly what changes you could make in a justice system that would deter such a person from committing the offense in the first place. Faster trials? Longer sentences? Worse prison meals?
Stop straining to make sense of what President FuckingMoron says because he doesn’t say things that make sense.
He says things for the consumption of those who don’t have working brains.
Implementation of the DOJ Pre-Crime Division?
Since they* want* to die, shouldn’t he be calling for life in prison if he really wants to deter them? Trump is soft on terrorists, giving them exactly what they want. Sad.

I think Trump and his base would be thinking “arrest all Muslims”

I believe the correct answer here is to kill everyone who speaks kindly of them and to possibly torture any close relations.
Troll the ISIS webpages with respected imams and other Muslim clerics denouncing, refuting, and repudiating any Quranic validity to the hateful propaganda being spewed by ISIS?
The van killed mostly non-Americans – and besides, they should have known what they were getting into.
I was talking to someone I thought was reasonable and she said he is a good man, and sincere. I was dumbfounded. “Anything is better than what Clinton would have done”. I wracked my brain trying to think of what would have been so very bad.
Wearing pantsuits, and talking in an irritating voice. That’s about it for some people. Nuclear war with North Korea? Sure that’s bad, but at least we don’t have THAT WOMAN as president.
Yeah, it all started when I said something about nuclear war and two crazy people in charge. Oh no, Trump isn’t crazy, and he’s got a lot of smart people advising him.
Well, that’s what I was hoping when he was elected, that he would hire smart people actually qualified for the jobs they are put in, and maybe listen to them. WTF was I smoking?
Talk about a bad trip!
Why on earth would anyone have thought that? What evidence existed that Trump was even remotely able to discern a competent person from a lickspittle sycophant?
To be entirely fair to the poor sods who didn’t instantly assume the worst/truth, during his campaign he managed to hire people who were able to competently shuttle him from place to place and get him onto podiums. His campaign was run much more competently than his administration, as evinced by the fact his tour bus didn’t immediately crash into a telephone pole and explode the second it pulled away from Trump Tower.
Nobody could predict that upon taking the presidency he would 1) immediately abandon everything but hiring donors, and 2) immediately succumb to the stress of the job and become completely senile.
“The @TuckerCarlson opening statement about our once cherished and great FBI was so sad to watch. James Comey’s leadership was a disaster!”
I’m guessing there are even more shoes getting ready to drop.
Yeah and now Donna Brazile has basically fed the GOP a new Crooked Hillary conspiracy angle. Not sure what HRC did to piss off the Donna but boy did she ever do it this time. It’s funny to reflect on all of the talk of the Republican party’s circular firing squad because the Democrats seem to be determined to form one before the GOP does. As I’ve said, centrism is dying. It’s going to be replaced by competition of the extremists in a survival-of-the-fittest, winner-take-all political cockfight.
