Butt-Hurt Trump Takes to Twitter Again (Part 1)

I took it to reference April Fool’s Day.

I appreciate your input, Procrustus. I was airing out some unbridled optimism there. I heard more than one legal expert say it could be an avenue into his tax records, but I defer entirely to your opinion based on your learning and experience.

I’ve seen some pretty personal stuff filed as exhibits to pleadings. Still, as you said, tax returns would require a strong showing of relevance even to get them, and would remain under seal unless/until ordered unsealed at trial.

That said, discovery can be pretty far ranging. And I’m not saying it’s right, but things have a way of leaking once so many eyes are on a thing so sought after.

We’re probably going to see those financial records and international communications much sooner via Mueller’s investigation than any emoluments action. Civil cases can take so long to get to trial, and Trump will throw up every road block. All the same, I’m pleased to see the ruling go as it did.

I would have bet money we’d see those tax returns by now.

Some disgruntled IRS lackey befriends a less-than-gruntled beancounter and leaks them to a never-gruntled journalist… (and Bob Woodward’s your leaky uncle!)

Me, too. And your Bob Woodward line cracked me up.

Be wary of the trickster, Jesus bunny.

Kind of like all his “business deals”

“I know I was supposed to pay you, but fuck you”

Good. Very good. I hope he loses the fucking properties altogether.

Actually, it’s the day BEFORE Easter you want to be careful. Jeebus isn’t around to forgive you.

But of course. :smack:

Of course, this year it’s Jesus Fools Day.

How nice - after posting “Happy Easter”, преЦАРдент Trump poo-poos DACA.

Very white of Scavino’s latest words of global gratitude before преЦАРдент Trump will most likely do a big splatterea tweet all over that nonsesnse, in about, oh, before, say, 5 am eastern tomorrow (Wed.)

What new spore of madness is this? Has someone forgotten to change his diaper?

In reference to this morning’s twitterhea, I’m wondering…

Does anyone know how to say “Bitch, please” in Russian? 'Cause I’m guessing that this is what Vladimir’s saying on the phone right now to his puppet.

"…something that would be very easy to do…

Yeah, everything is easy to do until you actually try to do it. Then it’s, “who knew it could be so complicated?”

I have no idea what any of this means.

Direct feed from Fox & Friends into Trump’s “brain:”

  • Fox & Friends has a segment about Russia vowing to shoot down missiles in Syria; a few minutes later Trump tweets about “smart,” unshootable missiles on their way and “Gas Killing Animal” Assad.

  • A bit later Fox & Friends runs a segment about how tough US sanctions have been on Russia’s economy and how the US needs to have mercy and help the poor Russians (oligarchs, although they don’t say that) that are suffering under these sanctions; Trump follows that up with “Russia needs us to help with their economy,” things shouldn’t be do bad with our Russian friends, oh, and “stop the arms race?”

Our nation’s fate hangs in the balance on the opinions of the nimrods on Fox & Friends. We’re living in some kind of bizarre dystopian science fiction story …

I commented before on the “how bad Fox news is” thread that it was horrible for our nation to have media that was an stenographer for the president (Regarding Bush and the Gulf war).

It turns out that it’s even worse when it is the president who is the stenographer of the right wing media.

Those missiles appear to be quite a lot smarter than you, mein Fuhrer. And how does one kill gas, exactly?

Beano.

There was a poster who supported Trump because he was worried that Clinton would declare a no-fly zone over Syria. Bet that guy is feeling like a real idiot right about now.
