What continues to baffle me is that Trump doesn’t seem to know that he is President. He has more access to intelligence than anyone else on the planet–the CIA, FBA, NSA, and virtually any other 3-letter combination that you can imagine. And yet he continues to get his information from the same TV (scare quotes)news(scare quotes) shows that he always has and seems to completely ignore his intelligence services entirely.
This is the same alleged President who keeps attacking his own Department of Justice instead of just telling them to do things his way.

I have worked for people that will bitch about their employees to anyone who will listen, but they do nothing to provide direction or training to them. I called out a GM once who was literally yelling at the walls about how no one would put soups away after lunch. I was like, “Dude, seriously, the only one who can hear you are the walls and myself. I always put the soups away when I do lunch, and the walls don’t work for you.”
This does not make these people good candidates for office though.

I was trying to predict (incorrectly, it turns out:p) that President Whitish-Beige Pustule would tweet - at some point before five this morning - some demented China/tariffs rant after Dan Scavino had already kindly offered the above tweet.

Yesterday Trump twittered that we should all watch last night’s Hannity show because it was going to be a “big show”. That big show was Hannity ranting about Mueller’s ties to the Deep State and compared him to a mob boss.
Those leaks trickling out about Comey’s book, and the yellow-journalism coverage thereof, really have him pissed!
And yet he saw nothing wrong with pardoning Scooter Libby.

It’s not that he doesn’t know. It’s that he’s paranoid and thinks everyone is out to get him, and thus doesn’t trust any of those people. The conspiracy stuff he says is exactly what he believes.
It’s refreshing to see a political figure who isn’t afraid to “tell it like it is” on the wall with his own feces.
