Ok, I amend my statement. The fake was hilarious and Obama still rocks.
Even if was fake, Obama still possesses a keen sense of humour, something Trump can only dream about.
And this encapsulates one current difference between the left and the right…

Meh. There were responses that appeared to be accepting that it was an actual tweet from the former president, which it was not. I was merely trying to correct the impression that had obviousy been given. It’s a pity that it isn’t real, as it would have taken the “best tweet ever by a politician” title away from Cory Booker’s 99 problems tweet.
I once posted an obviously satirical article ( Ot might have even been an Onion article ) on my Facebook page and this hard-line Republican relative jumped in with a lecture about spreading Fake News.
Which kind of explains why it’s so easy to convince conservatives that the left is crazy. Because this woman seriously thought I believed that Trump had rescinded the pardons that Obama gave to all those Thanksgiving turkeys. And she seriously thought I was indignant about it.

I’m surprised he has waited this long. Even if he fires Sessions, Rosenstein, and Mueller – which would make Saturday Night Massacre look like a footnote in history by comparison, but even if he does it – he still has the Southern District of New York to contend with. There can be no doubt that Trump is hammering away at the institution of federal justice, but these institutions are strong and complicated; they’re not easy to dismantle even if he rips off the Leviathan’s head.

Here’s the amazing part: he made the same stupid UK/England comment weeks ago, in an interview in the U.K.
So he made a mistake; refused to be corrected; and made it again completely unprompted.
