You give Loser Donald too much credit. He’s mad because he thinks the AG’s job is to be his personal fixer, and Sessions just wants him to shut up about his petty vendettas and let him bring back Jim Crow in peace.

So, no twitter rant yet about what a horrible (and horribly disloyal) person John McCain was? Color me shocked that he’s been able to hold his [del]tongue[/del] thumbs this long.
He’s tweeted a heartfelt, boilerplate, completely generic and milquetoast note of sympathy, complete with an exclamation at the end, as any good sympathy note reads:
“My deepest sympathies and respect go out to the family of Senator John McCain. Our hearts and prayers are with you!”
But the kicker is his Instagram account where he posted the same sentiment but, of course, with a photo … of himself: link
I don’t believe for a minute that Trump actually wrote that. But I do believe he would insert a picture of himself.
Trump’s use of twitter just feeds into his narcissism. It allows him to see how many likes and retweets he gets. And the people on the receiving end are none too bright. I remember from shortly after the election the BBC was doing a series of interviews with his supporters in Pennsylvania, one dumb as a rock supporter said that she awoke each morning looking forward to his tweets “because he was talking directly to me.”
Whitehouse flunkie: “Mr. President, here’s the tweet we posted for you about McCain’s death.”
Trump: “Hmm… It feels like it’s missing something.”
flunkie: “We could add something in praise of the senator’s military service, or his years of public service in government.”
Trump: “No, nothing like that… It needs more… me.”

And oh yeah, someone wrote a bookabout it. At the time there was a lot of, *“Stop whining, everyone is just overreacting. Give him a chance. He can’t be that bad!” *
Sympathy for the widow. Not a word about the deceased.
Apparently the Fox News comments sections have not been so disciplined…

Well, it may not be lack of discipline. It may be ambition to gain status among fellow-hatemongers. And who knows: a sufficiently vile comment about McCain might even catch the eye of the Dear Leader himself!

Our very normal and emotionally healthy president is up at 5:30 this morning, Googling himself and getting mad at the results.
Maybe he should be mad at his staff for only telling him the good news about him. Of course, he should wonder why it only takes them 4 seconds to do that each morning.
Why, if only there some kind of Doctrine that required media outlets to exercise Fairness!
Why isn’t Loser Donald investigating the bad (or sick!) Party that ended that great Practice? SAD!
That’s not what he’s looking for. He wants Google to change its algorithms to prioritize certain ‘news’ sites to respond to specific queries that he comes up with.
This could be just the break that Bing was looking for!
