I like how he qualifies thing that can’t really be qualified. He “lightly” looked into a Moscow deal - border agents used a “mild” form of tear gas - he’s going to put in a “major” complaint about the 9th circuit. I’m reminded of the scene in A Few Good Men when Lt. Cmdr. Galloway (Demi Moore) objects, gets overruled and then reiterates with, “Sir, I strenuously object …”

Actually, Donnie, I think Stone is essentially stating that you are guilty and he will not verify that. Otherwise, he’d essentially state “I have nothing to hide and will tell the truth”.
