Totally cool and legal!
I have a feeling that the Bush family does not feel the same way about being with him.
I really, really wish they would have shunned him again but I understand why they felt they couldn’t in this case. But it sucks. He should be barred from participating in any activity normal presidents would automatically be included in. He tarnishes the dignity of anything he is involved in.
In other Twitter news, I got blocked by Jerome Corsi this morning. Not as awesome as a TrumpBlock, but still… he’s likely the most famous person to block me.
On the eighth day maybe?
The juxtaposition and strong contrast is worth the discomfort.
Congratulations on your semi-illustrious rejection! ![]()
Maybe he could meet with Putin while there.
I don’t know any lawyers. Could someone explain to this layman what WT is, and how Trump’s tweet qualifies?
Also: there seems to be a trend happening wherein a statesman-like politician dies…and it makes Trump look terrible in comparison. (Which isn’t hard.)
I think at some point, I fully expect that Trump is going to admit (via Twitter) that he agreed to give the Russian government in general, and Putin in particular, special treatment so they would do personal business favors for him and his family. And that they helped him win the election, so that proves they are “good guys”.
And then I expect the GOP leaders to do… absolutely nothing about this. And Fox News to report… nothing. And Republican voters to … do absolutely nothing, or in some cases defend this as “the right thing to do”. Or to argue that it’s technically not a crime.
If Joe Arpaio dies, he would make Trump look terrible by comparison.
This is my biggest fear.
Wait - wasn’t you just proud of increasing the budget? and saying we would always be stronger? and that we would improve our military?
Crazy!
Aka Mister Miracle. He was a hostage to Darkseid once.
Can we start talking about the 25th Amendment again?
Pence might contemplate it, because he’s next in line, but Trump’s cabinet? NFW.
From Twitter:
Some of Trump’s base are glad Russia interfered. Article and video from the summer:
**Republican voter thanks Russia for ‘interfering in our election’
Trump supporter tells call-in show she is confident Kremlin swung 2016 presidential vote, but has no complaints**
Just let the irony of ~“not knowing what you’re doing” sink in. As well as “illusions[sic] of grandeur” and the fact that Trump admitted himself that he sexually assaults women.
But Benghazi!!! Emails!!! Liberal!!!
That means someone else wrote it for him. ![]()

Putin must have had a chat with him in Argentina. “Wouldn’t it be cool if we reduced our military spending? You go first…I’m right behind you.”

Or “You will now reduce military spending Donald, or we will be forced to tell ‘you know what’ to ‘you know who’. I’m glad we understand each other.”

All joking aside, isn’t this extremely likely to be the literal truth? And I doubt if this was the first time Putin broached the subject: think of how cowed Trump looked after his session with Putin at Helsinki. Even Trump can figure out that if he substantially cuts US military spending at the behest of the head of Russia, that’s treason.
Not only is it technically treason, but it will lose Trump ground with his base. “Let’s be less militarily formidable” is NOT a message that will gladden their shriveled little hearts.
It’s a lose-lose for Donald. And he has got to be aware of that.

If FOX doesn’t report it exactly that way, his supporters will never hear about it.
