I meant that ironically. A lot of Republicans I know, before Trump, thought that Ronald Reagan was not only the greatest Republican president in our lifetimes but the greatest president, period. He was their ideal of what a Republican president should be. They praise Reagan for bringing down the Soviet Union as a go-to example of this. Now, a lot of them have him at number 2 behind Trump. I shit you not.
Their new idol Trump sucks up to Putin publically, and who knows what he’s doing for Putin we don’t know about.
