Trump avoided paying taxes that do exist by losing a third of his fortune in a boom economy. THAT is something only a Trump can do.
Yes, I realize the tax doesn’t exist, but Trump apparently does not. And in his mind not paying taxes is a smart thing to do.
So giving all these tax cuts to rich Trump is in a way making them smarter - and because they are so smart, they deserve to be rich etc…

My guess is that he’s referring to state sales taxes on purchases made
on Amazon. Some states, but not all, make Amazon collect sales tax from buyers from those states. Trump seems to be saying that Amazon should collect sate sales tax from buyers from all states which have a state sales tax. Which is a strange position to take when he bragged that not paying taxes makes you smart.
