Butt Reduction

Besides surgery what is the quickest exercise to reduce your butt? I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who’s over 38 and been able to accomplish this, as things tend to move on their own after that age anyway. I only run and need something extra to take care of my butt. Thanks!

Spot reduction (losing fat from one area of your body) is not possible, so you’re going to have to go for getting leaner all over.

I am, but I know there are exercises to give more of a boost to “problem areas” and that’s what I’m trying to figure out. I need a booster for my butster!

Some sports, like rollerblading, involve the butt more actively than others. Also, there’s lots of exercises you can do to tighten your butt – you may not reduce it, but you can at least rearrange what’s there. I’m trying to do that right now; haven’t been at it long enough to notice any results, unfortunately.

Squats. If you can sit on a toilet, you can do a squat.

The best video is buns of steel step aerobics- fun and concentrates on the buns.

My anaconda don’t want none unless you got buns, hun. You can do side bends or sit ups, but please don’t lose that butt…

But seriously, no idea how to lose the bum. Good luck though.

Swimming- the breast stroke kick is excellent to firm, shape, and lift your butt  – don’t neglect your abdominal muscles either. All that stuff is connected.

Thanks for the ideas all! I’m going to start doing the stairs today. While I’m stuck in this blasted hotel I may as well take advantage of all the stairs. Reduction isn’t as important to me as relocation…I so wish I had the ability to move it all up to my boobs
