I actually like the fact that they release more than 1 version. Believe it or not, not everybody has the interest or the funds to buy the special, super, duper deluxe edition. I like having the choice.
FTW, I bought both versions on purpose (I may not this time, though).
First, I didn’t want to wait a couple extra months to see the movie at home, then,
Second, I knew that there was no duplication in the special features on the theatrical release and those on the extended release.
So, I’m out $20 bucks or so. No problem.

Lets start with I implied he thought he was getting screwed, not me! Seriously, like I could talk about getting screwed when I actually have both versions of the DVD and various other memoribalia from the movie, yea Im so much into getting screwed around by NL cinema and the LOTR franchise I spent about $150 on a replica chain… yea thats right I think im getting screwed :rolleyes: Heck I cant wait to get the other statue thingies that will come with the extended versions of TT and RotK!
Do yourself a favour and actually know what your talking about before you reply to what I said.
I was replying to the original post who did not know about this and simply letting him know that the same would be happening again. And as for the D&D reference, yea like Id waste my time…
