Ogre thank you for your kind words. It’s hard getting feedback of that sort around here because this message board isn’t set up to register good trades and/or completed sales. But I always strive to have good communication and prompt service - whether I’m buying or selling - wherever I may be. It helps to make sure any future transactions go smoothly.
Speaking of, I’ve now finished with three deals here on the Dope and am eagerly awaiting the completion of two more. But offers are still open to anyone else that wants to sell to me. Just let me know either here or on PM.
Thanks!
Ah, it’s a good thing you clarified it. Because Tinker wasn’t in Urza’s Saga, it was in Urza’s Legacy. Another banned card from there was Memory Jar, which isn’t worth very much at all. So I’d never have figured it out.
Anyway, an Academy in the condition you describe, I’d offer $10 for it.
Hey Ender, I know they’re not nearly as valuable as what many in this thread have been talking about, but would you be interested in a bunch of Onslaught-era cards? I dabbled a bit in Magic around that time.
First, I want to thank the Dopers I’ve already made deals with. I’ve worked with over half a dozen of you, getting cards out of your storage closets and putting money in your pockets.
But the offer is still open to anyone else interested in making a deal. If you have Magic cards you’re looking to get rid of, post in here or PM me. Thanks!
Every so often I get an inquiry about whether I’m still buying Magic Cards. I thought I’d bump this thread to say, yes. The offer is still open and I hope we can strike a deal.
If you’re interested in making a bit of cash and clearing out your hall closet, just let me know.
Are they worth money? Yeah, a bit. Off the top of my head I couldn’t say how much. Maybe 25-50 cents apiece. I could take them, but honestly, if all you have is a few of those cards to sell, I’d say your best bet is to take them down to a local gaming shop and see if they’re interested.
OK, that’s about what I figured. I do have a few other cards that might be worth a little, too, but other than the foil lands, I think I’d prefer to just hold onto them, in case I ever want to put them in a deck.
