We’d like to get together with any Dopers who would like to show up (we’re assuming they would be from Alberta, likely from Calgary, but anyone else who wants to come would be welcome too). Time and place would be Thursday, December 26th, at the James Joyce Irish Pub at 114 - 8th. Ave. SW in downtown Calgary.
Steak & guinness pie, beer, a crackling fire and good company - what more could you ask for?

Sounds like it was a good time. We were just pulling in to Calgary then so dragging a minor along wouldn’t have worked.
