along the same lines, a question that occured to me back when Clinton claimed he couldn’t be prosecuted since as commander-in-chief he was a memeber of the military. Could a President removed from office be given a dishonorable dicharge?
No. Though he’s commander in chief, he’s still a civilian.
I believe this would count as “fired for cause”
