On your ears and behind, definitely, assuming you can find someone willing to work on your nether regions. How well it will work will depend on such things as the color of the hair.
I assume you mean the hairs in your nose, and those actually serve a purpose so removing them makes no sense. Go buy a trimmer and take 15 seconds a week to clean them up.
If you’re going to get all three, I’d suggest having your nose done before your ass crack.

SHAKES, if you think you can handle electrolysis in your anal region, you ought to hire yourself out for interrogation-proof spy duty.
Electrolysis is not laser removal.
Remember that lasers work on dark hairs only. If you’re blond or grey, I hear it can be very ineffective.
For the VNH (visible nose hairs) just grab them with a pair of tweezers and yank 'em out. It only hurts for a little while. Same for ear hairs!
You definitely can on your earlobes; I know, I had mine zapped three years ago. Probably not on the ear canal itself, or the inside of your nose. Ass hair can be removed as long as it’s not too close to the anus itself.
Having your ears lased is very painful, however; I would recommend sedatives if you go for it.
