Can I refreeze Girl Scout cookies?

I do not live in the U.S. My sweet mom bought me some Girl Scout cookies, but she put them in her freezer, where they will stay until July when I visit. When I fly back home, I am looking at (at least) 8-10 hours of travel time and they will thaw. Will it be okay to refreeze them? I fully admit I’m a freak about food safety, but I don’t want to throw away five boxes of cookies.

At worst there will be a little degradation in quality, but they will definitely be safe to eat.
