Can I Return a Steam Game for a Refund?

I just bought the Foxhole game for a whopping tn dollars. I have played with it for 99 minutes and I do not like it. Can I somehow return it for a refund?
What a dumb game.

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours.
