Ok, I’ve tried all kinds of antipersperents. I can’t get ANY of them to work. No matter how litte/much I use, I sweat an almost ridiculous amount. I don’t know what I can use to fix it?
Any products out there that the dopers think will stop it?

It’s over the counter in Canada and works wonders!
Apparently, Botox.
Not to hijack, but I seem to occasionally periods where no deoderant will work for the arm (armpit). When I say ‘armpit’ (singluar), I mean that it’s 95% just my right pit. What’s up with that? Just like the OP, no deoderant will work. By 10:00am, I have a wetspot under the right arm only. I’ve bought/changed new white t-shirts and new dress shirts, to no avail. Again, not to hijack, but I"m thinking the OP and I might have a similar problem…?
I recommend Drysol as well. I have the exact same problem you do and using an antiperspirant with a 20% solution of aluminum chloride has solved that problem without irritating my skin (and I’m a sensitive skin person) or being an inconvenience to my daily activities.
I don’t think there is an answer to excessive sweating. I’ve never encountered one, but I’m fine with it as long as there are products out there such as Drysol.
I second Drysol. You can put it on overnight 1 day a week and you don’t perspire–at all! You may want a light deoderant though as you will still be a bit stinky in the pit-u-lar area.
YMMV but, I was very itchy and red when I used it. You may want to put some lotion on the next day…or better yet, bikini relief creme to numb the area. (You did say TMI in your OP so there!)
Take a look at Drionic. It is an at home therapy which can be purchased without a prescription. While it is time consuming (half hour in the morning and the evening), it dramtically reduces sweating. Within a couple of days, I noticed a big change, and the problem was completely solved within 2 weeks or so. I still wear deodorant and and an undershirt, but there is never any soak through to my outer shirt. Good luck.
