On a couple of the monitors, you can see the word “Feiral” so a little googling gives me “Y Lle” which is a Welsh program. Here’s aclip, which has a set that looks like the one in the photo.
It’s the set of what looks to be an entertainment ‘news’ show. Slick stage, lots of blue lighting, a man and a woman are sitting on a black leather couch. The interviewer is a white woman with long dark hair with bangs/fringe, and her guest is a young scruffy brown-haired white guy. Behind them is a very large TV screen showing the redditgifts.com home page.
There seems to be a stylized ‘E’ decorating the set. It’s not the US E! Channel, but maybe a version of it from another country. ?
