If you imagine for one minute that I would invoke my professional title and standing to bother a U.S. Congressman in an attempt to discern your bona fides, you seriously over-estimate the degree to which I care who you are or what prompts your actions.

It may appear as if Phaedrus has built a fragile world for himself, but he has an astounding ability to compensate every time one of us forces reality on him. He’ll never admit to that which we all suspect. Any further attempts to “call his bluff” will only serve to prolong what has finally become a sad (and in many way cruel) joke.
I have to agree with Elmer. If we continue to give him attention, even negative attention, he will never seek help.
The most kind thing to do would be to allow all these threads to just drop off the screen.
But Manny, you will inform us of any developments, won’t you?

Sounds like a schizophrenic with delusions of grandeur who has gone off of his medications to me. That is my informal opinion, NOT an official diagnosis (per the original OP of this thread, I don’t believe it’s possible to develop psychological diagnoses based on BBS posts. No matter how long.)

Okay, I’ve never responded to Phaed before that I can recall, but here goes:
First, sexual harassment requires that a plain sexual suggestion be made. Mere ‘dirty words’ are not enough. It further requires a threat by a person to confer or withhold a benefit or advancement. No such threat was made that I can see, since no one here has any power over you. Since you had, at all times, power to end the harassment by no longer coming to this public message board (unlike an employee, who MUST continue to work to make a living), you can in no way claim sexual harassment.
Second, as you oughtta know, you’d have to file your suit in a location where the court would have jurisdiction over the person you claim harassed you. You’d best be prepared to do a lot of traveling…
Third, I’d love to see your supposed court case(s). Give me a cite. I have access to LEXIS and Westlaw, plus a large law library just up the street.
Pretty sloppy, for a supposed lawyer…
Also, posting the same gobbledygook twice, in different fonts, doesn’t make it two different languages.
