Can I get shirts that are xxlxxt, do people make these? they have 1-10x large but they only have one category of x-tall. I haven’t seen anything that is 2x-tall or 3x-tall
Yup. Google “Big and tall men’s clothing” and you’ll find a supplier.

I’m wearing a 2XLT shirt, and a 2XLT t-shirt right now. Most of my wardrobe is the same. I have no problems finding what I need.
Are you looking for just extra-extra-tall, without the extra-extra-large part? If so, I agree with you – haven’t seen any 2XT or 3XT shirts.
Maybe you could gain a few dozen pounds? 
What’s your sleeve size? Lands’ End has dress shirts in sleeves up to 37", and the body of the shirt is proportional to the sleeve.
Yes, I get XLT and XL2T most of the time. I prefer Western style shirts and find that Corral West has a reasonable selection–generally about a half-dozen of their styles are available in my size (18" neck and 37/38" sleeve). They have stores in Montana and Wyoming, and they have a reasonably good Web site, too.

Nah, no more poundage gaining for me thanks. My problem is I like shirts that come down to the mid-thigh level, but I also have pretty large shoulders. As a result even the tall shirts don’t come down nearly as far as i’d like them to (I think a 2xlt comes down to about 1/4 down the thighs and meet the top of my jeans pockets). so a shirt that is xxl and xxt at the same time would be great.
Damn this super great body of mine. Its not easy living in the house that doritos and pepsi built.
AskNott - I don’t wear long sleeve shirts, this is for T-shirts.
Have you tried hip hop, youth-oriented stores, perhaps in an African-American neighborhood? (For all I know you are Afr-Amer & I certainly hope this doesn’t come off as racist.) There’s been a major craze among hip-hop kids for extra-long white T-shirts the past few years, which are meant to be worn down to the knees on more averagely-proportioned guys. I know of about 5 stores and barber shops (for some reason the barber shops are stocking these) near me that have a wide variety of exactly what it sounds you’re looking for… although they appear to only come in white.
