I’m sure the typical answer is no. However, my step-son has a PS5 at his dad’s house, and we’re thinking of getting him one for our house. If he logs in with the same credentials he uses at his dad’s house, will that allow him to play the same games at either house. Obviously, he’ll need the disc in both places, or have the game downloaded on both.
They’re tied to your account, so you can log in on any PS5 and re-download them and play them. If you have a disc, it’s even easier.
I don’t think you can play the same game on the same account on two devices at the same time, but that doesn’t matter here. You can install it on multiple devices and play on one at a time.
I think a PS Plus subscription is required for cloud saves. Depending on the game, even if a license to play isn’t an issue, saved game progress may be one. Some companies host their own servers though, so it can get complicated.
