OK, occasionally I come across some person in a movie or TV show, and I cant place them because they’re uncredited, but I know I’ve seen there faces before. I’m just wanting to do a test run on some familiar (old) faces to see how well people recognize guests on TV shows (as opposed to guest “stars.”

These I know. If you can identify three by name (without cheating), you’re doing dog-gone good.
I recognize some of them by the other roles they’ve played, so I’m pretty sure I could track them all down. The man in the foreground of the third photo played an ambassador on an episode of Star Trek, for instance. Offhand I don’t know any of their names.
I recognized That Guy and That Other Guy.
The third one over (with gray hair in front of man with dark hair) is Gene Lyons, iirc, played Ironside’s boss.
First one in cop suit is on edge of my tongue… dammit, what is his name?

No, not Malachi Throne. I think his name is Paul Comi.
BTW, I’m not cheating… going by memory. I’ve seen the elderly white gentleman and the elderly black gentleman in things, but can’t remember their names.

Hmm, well, I know Gene Lyons is right, so… Paul or Comi is half right.
I used to get that cop mixed up with Arthur Batanides for some reason, though the two don’t look all that much alike.

The younger guy on the furthest left picture looks like the guy who played Lex Luthor in the TV series with Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher.
^^^No, it’s not John Shea, Shea had a full head of curlyish hair and would be younger than that guy. These stills look to be from the 70s.
I’m pretty sure the young cop’s first name is Paul…

Actually, 1968. The Black chap is from 1963.
One of the guys is Robert Davi. He’s had small roles in a bunch of TV shows, largely ones shot in Canada, I think.

The second one reminds me of Joe E. Brown but I don’t believe it’s him; the third reminded me of Richard X. Slattery (not a good pic) but the Ironsides guy is correct. Fourth: no idea, so I’ll say Paul Robeson.
The black actor could also be either Chuck Barris in black face or William “Blacula” Marshall.
The black actor is, I believe, Raymond St. Jacques. I didn’t know his name but I remember him from a lot of guest appearances in the 70s/80s and found him on an episode guide of Fantasy Island. Here’s his imdb listing if it’s the right one.
Wow that younger guy in the first pic looks a helluva lot like Scott Thompson from the Kids in the Hall…but it’s not (too old).
Man of the far left reminds of J.D. Cannon, of McCloud. He’s played a lot of cops over the years.
