I want to save a 2.5 hour streaming movie of a band in Real Player to watch over and over again - is this possible? I see you can ask Real Player to cache a file for up to 1 gigabyte, but this isn’t working and I’m not sure 1 gig is enough for a 2.5 hour movie clip. I’d like to save this as an mpg/avi if possible.

Basic answer is no, not normally. There are programs to do it, but I can’t think of them offhand. I’m sure someone will be around to provide links later… although now that I think of it, I’m not sure about the legality of such a thing. I wouldn’t see a problem wit just recording it for your own use, but I’m not Congress (nor a mod, for that matter 
).
yeah dude copyright infringement. they had a good program that you could probably find with some work, but it is illegal so good luck.
