Victoria Jackson has managed to claw her way out of obscurity to embrace her new life as a misguided, sequitor-lacking loudspeaker of shrill hateblather.
It’s an amazing achievement, and it should not be belittled. Roundly mocked and put on display, yes. Belittled, no.
The only strikes I see on Wikipedia are animal rights activist and a rant about stoning a sitting Congressman that he let out on Saturday Night Live over a decade ago.
The latter is enough to make him very embarrassing but time heals all wounds and I’d downgrade him to “minor embarrassment” if he’s gone 14 years of reasonably good behavior. Has he done anything else stupid that I missed?

There was the recent screaming incident to his daughter being recorded IIRC, but recently he got in the nerve of many Republicans and made many Democrats go "good! and “scary that there were several” when he tweeted recently this:

Not politically, but there was that rather nasty stuff he said to his daughter.
At this moment, excluding serial killers or something, I’d go with Trump. He’s completely gone tits to the wind.
There was the telephone incident in 2007 that GIGObuster referred to. Baldwin and his ex-wife, Kim Basinger, had a bitter divorce. Basinger had custody of their daughter, Ireland.
According to Baldwin, Basinger kept trying to prevent Baldwin from seeing Ireland and told Ireland things to turn her against her father. Baldwin said he kept having difficulties speaking with Ireland and after one unreturned phone call he “snapped” and left an angry message where he called her a “rude, thoughtless little pig”. Baldwin has apologized and admitted he was completely wrong to do this.
A more recent issue was last December. Baldwin was on a plane and was playing a video game on his cell phone while waiting for the flight to take off. The staff on the plane asked Baldwin to turn off his cell phone and he refused for some reason. This turned into a confrontation and Baldwin was asked to leave the plane.
