my domain is canadian registered ,but resides on an american hosting company
what takes prescedent for freedom of speech
Charter of rghts and freedoms, or First amendment ?

These are just my guesses, but since the headquarters are in the States, the people that make the decisions will probably go by their law. If they wanted to take it down, I would think they could. If they wanted to arrest you, though, they probably couldn’t.
