Mnemosyne:
If mnemosyne is already taken, the only way you can use that name at Ezboard is to register a local name for that particular board instead of a global name. However, the only disadvantage is you won’t be able to post at other ezboards in the system.
If you want a global account, I suggest adding a number after the name. 
Please substitute the words “local account” and “global account”

Cherry, what are you trying to register under? Anything special included, such as _ + * or something like that? Is it a global account? If so, then I believe you have to register a local account for the board, unfortunately.
I hope that fixes your problem and we’ll be seeing you soon at the board!
Also, please remember to check your email address that you provided the site with for their confirmation email. You need to confirm before you canregister.

Coldfire may be joining the actual moderator team soon, thanks to a board member emailing me and suggesting a foreign moderator. For when us Canucks are off dozing about ham and hockey, to protect the forum.
So far we haven’t had any troublemakers, but it would be noce knowing that we aren’t completely open to attack during a good protion of our night.

I never got a confirmation email. I couldn’t get it to send me another one. I couldn’t trick it into sending me a forgotten password email, either. I created a local account and can’t log in from the board.
scott evil, what email provider were you using? I dunno if it would help, but perhaps(not trying to ask too much) register a hotmail account? I don’t know why it wouldn’t let you in, though. I was suggesting hotmail because perhaps your current service is having issues with getting mail from eZboard.

Also, can I suggest a new forum? How about a Canadian Deals forum for us canucks to share links to canadian on-line deals, as well as member buy/sell/trade. It cheeses me off surfing other boards and seeing all sorts of great links but all of them american!
