Posting in the wrong forum is a forgivable new-person mistake. Nevermind. However, another heads up: plugging ones own message board is frowned upon. Perhaps you could spend some time and get the feel of this place. There are lots of helpful threads in ATMB with guidelines on what is and what isn’t really acceptable. Welcome to the boards.
Shame is just guilt with an audience. I’ll leave the jr. moderator admonishments to someone else, and just give you my blunt, yet unsolicited opinion:
Plugs are advertisements, and I appreciate them about as much. Your signature is more than sufficient without wasting bandwith flogging your own website on someone else’s.
Have to say that your forum, what I can see of it, sucks, big time.
There is no “Home Page”, just the forum.
There’s absolutely no indication of what your forum is “about”.
You won’t show us the FAQ without registration.
You won’t allow unregistered guests to read the forums.
For all we know, it could be a forum for discussing 8-year-old girls fellating donkeys.
And something called the “Flame Bunker Shout Box” has this deathless exchange:

Did you get out of bed on the wrong side this morning, or are you operating on a survival of the fittest theory, whereby the newbies that stay even when you’ve been excessively rude to them are the only ones worth keeping?
Just because this thread was accidentally posted in the pit, it doesn’t mean you then get free reign to be as rude as you like. Would you be so harsh if this had been posted in the right forum?
So she made a mistake, she’s new, and she needs to get to know this place better. How about we give a good example of the higher standards so many people are proud of on these boards instead of just being insulting?

Nope, I’m with Duckie on this one. The OP appears to have registered for the express purpose of promoting her own site. In other words, we’re being spammed. DDG has just been kind enough to check out the product and let the rest of us know that it’s not worth the time.

I know that you will find this extremely hard to believe. But my first post to the message board was posted in the wrong forum. It was The Pit. It got moved. I was embarrassed and probably would not have come back without the encouragement of some friends on the board. Lynn moved it. After my friends got a good laugh continuously emailing me about it being moved and what an idiot I looked like to all the Dopers, I got over it. You’ll get over it. Now posting your message board info here might be a different story. I’ll leave that to the mods. But welcome aboard at any rate. Enjoy your stay. We are rude and obnoxious in the Pit but everywhere else we’re pretty nice.
I don’t know, Fran. Crazy asked for opinions on her “discussion board” and DDG gave an opinion on Crazy’s “discussion board”. Seems reasonable.
Anyhow, just for the heck of it, I registered. I’m looking around now, I’ll get back to you.
Uhhh, yeah. Five registered members, so at least they don’t have to worry about server issues… 
Multiple forums including, but not limited to; Flame/Lame/Whatever, Whoops Diary, Freak of the Week, Erotica/Sex, Psychic/Paranormal, Stories/Jokes, War/Terrorism, etc.
However, even though I’m browsing with cookies, I have to log in everytime I click for a different forum/thread. I don’t know about anyone else, but I hate logging in every 6 seconds. I’m not going to say it’s the worst site I’ve ever been to, but I won’t be going back anytime soon.
