$100,000 bars or Sweet Tarts…except for the blue ones. Going to get lunch now…
Stoidela, you and I agree. My favorite is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Frozen. Yummable.
I love Bit O’ Honeys too. Yummacious.
Not a candy bar, but Haribo GoldBaeren - real gummi bears. Yummola.

Most common question I ask: “What?”
Most common question I get: “Are you really hearing impaired?”
Almost forgot. Jujyfruits. Except the licorice ones and the mint ones.
Yum.
Chik-O-Sticks. Difficult to find, I usually load up when i spot them. It’s like the inside of a Butterfinger coated with toasted coconut. Yummy!

I can’t pass up Raisinettes and Whoppers. every time I go to the movies, I get one or the other.
There is also a candy that comes from Australia that is really good…gosh darn it I can’t remember the name…it has been years since I have had it…it has something to do with honeycomb. Now I want some!

Don’t know who said it, but I like it.
I live my life in a constant state of candy bar cravings . . . but right now I am trying to lose enough weight that my friends get worried and have an intervention, and David E. Kelley casts me in a TV show.
There’s a European (German, I think) chewy candy called ‘Softi’. I could eat 100 of those in one sitting.
As for chocolate, I like mine unadulterated. Plain, >75% cocoa Belgian chocolate bars. Yum. Of course, as JBENZ mentioned, Cadbury’s Fruit and Nut is mighty good, too. The version they sell here in the U.S. is good, but in Kathmandu there is a slightly different version. Still Cadbury and the same wrapper and all, but the fruit and nuts are different. I can’t remember all the ingredients, but I know there’s apricots in them. Yummy.
Don’t get me wrong–I love life. I’m just finding it harder and harder to keep myself amused.
After years of fighting, I finally got the candy bar monkey of my back. I rarely eat candy bars anymore.
But man, it’s hard to resist temptation sometimes.
I love Reese’s Cups. God, I used to eat the little ones that they gave out for Halloween (hell, just thinking aobut them has me jonesing).
Other Candy bars that helped me achieve the three months pregnant look:
Hershey’s with Almonds.
Twix.
Whatchamacallit.
Nesle’s(sp) Crunch.
And, the Bar that should be considered contraband…
Toblerone.
You say “cheesy” like that’s a BAD thing.
Does anybody remember Pixie Stix? Eat one of those buggers fast enough and you ability to breath was compromised. How about those carmels with the white goop in the middle? I can’t remember what they’re called but we could only get them at the ancient and scary genereal sore/old geezer hang out - now defunct…
Once in awhile I’ll get the urge to wander down to the vending machines in the break room, and when I do, it’s generally a Snicker’s Bar or a Payday that tugs at the sweet tooth. Every once in awhile a Bit o’Honey seems to do the trick. Reese’s are an old favorite, but they never seem to be as good as they used to be, for some reason. Whatever happened to the little cardboard boxes you could buy, with two layers of those small peanut butter cups? These days, I only seem to find the ones in bags that are individually wrapped.
At the movies? Hot Tamales, or sometimes a bag of those Sour Patch Kids. Addictive little things.

Nutrageous was amazing in its first incarnation. I used to be able to eat three or four of those in rapid succession, and call that lunch. (Peanuts = protein = nutritious meal ;)) Unfortunately, they redesigned it, and the new version isn’t remotely as good.
Right now, my primary craving is for Friendly’s ice cream. Specifically, I want a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae. This consists of three scoops of chocolate ice cream-- or five, if you get the super size-- topped with hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, and whipped cream.
But we don’t have any Friendly Restaurants in St. Louis. I guess I’ll just have to hold out until I go back to Long Island at Christmas.
::sigh::
Laugh hard; it’s a long way to the bank.
The homecomb thing was called Violet Crumble, I remember now! I have to find my Australian catalogue and buy some!

Why am I resurrecting this topic?
I just started a topic called “I’m PMSing…”
Does that answer your question?
Anyway, I love Ferrero Rocher.
Anyone who like hazelnuts and chocolate should try them. They’re individually wrapped and look unapproachable (like Almond Roca did when I was a kid) but DAMN are they good!
I also love MAOAM. It’s a German candy that’s like Starburst, but much better. It’s harder and tastes more like the real fruit. I hadn’t had it in twelve years, then my dear friend and neighbor brought some back from der Vaterland for me… ::drool::
They were gone within a week of receipt.
