Cannot create a poll

I have Win 7 and Chrome if it matters. When I click the poll option it does not bring me to another screen for a poll. Using 3.7.3 display

Are you hitting the “Submit new thread” button?

What forum were you trying to make a poll in? Polls are not enabled in all forums.
