Google Groups worked for me up until a few days ago. Then it started returning to the mail page whenever I entered my password on the sign in page. It’s the right password, because entering anything else gives a wrong password message.
I’ve done everything the help page suggested: changed my password; cleared my cache; cleared cookies; made sure to enable cookies; always allow google.com.
No matter what I do, the sign in page returns me to the main page.
Emailing them for “help” got me the URL of the standard troubleshooting page, which I’ve already been through.
Does anybody have an answer? Does anybody have an 800 number so that I can talk to a human being?
