That would be a phrase from a camera commercial. Or a commercial, at any rate. 1990 or earlier. Sound familiar to anyone, or am I tripping?
Cheryl Tiegs did a series of commercials for Olympus cameras in the 80s. It was probably from one of them.
And IIRC, it was worded:
Man: “You can’t take a bad picture Cheryl.”
CT (to screen): “Neither can you - with the Olympus OM-10.”
I think it was around 1979.
A quick search of YouTube turns up some of the commercials but I didn’t see the one in question.

Actually, I was asking for a friend, not myself. I said, “I bet I’ll get an answer within 24 hours.” Wait’ll I tell him it was one hour and 39 minutes. ETA: Well, two hours and 7 minutes for the exact quote.
Cheryl ran to the store to get some milk. I’ll ask her when she gets back.
