When I plug my iPod into my car stereo’s aux-in I have to wiggle the jack around to get it to work. Then, while driving a bump sometimes returns the stereo to radio.
I tried a different cord, but no help.
Any ideas?

the 1/8" mini-jack connectors are universally shit and most will end up failing in this manner.
If a new cord didn’t make the difference, then it’s probably the jack.
Two likely possibilities:
The connection between the jack and the wires leading to the stereo is bad. You’d have to open up the stereo to find/fix this.
The connection between the plug and the jack is bad. This one could be easier to fix. Best case, there’s just a little bit of something in the jack that’s making the connection bad.
Try some pressurized air in the jack. My phone was “twitchy” like this, and it ended up being due to a tiny bit of lint that had gotten down into the end of the jack and was preventing the plug from going all the way in. It was in enough to sort of make a connection, but not enough to make a solid one.
