This has bugged me for awhile…
Back in the 90s, the Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego cartoon (not to be confused with the game show, computer games, or cast-maiming broadway musical) had the good guys traveling across the world using a wormhole like “C5 Corridor,” controlled by an offscreen “player.”
Okay, simple and obscure question: at any point in the series, did they ever explain what “C5” stood for?
Besides the awful feeling that, if anything, it was probably short for “C.C.C.C.C.”, and one of the "C"s actually stood for “Corridor,” I haven’t got a clue.
Can anyone help? Or am I going to be driven to steal the Eiffel Tower in frustration and despair?
