So–season 1 had finished. Thoughts? I still have no idea who Skinny McLopsholders is really supposed to be.
He’s “Henry Deaver”, who in the universe we started in (with the Adopted Henry Weaver) died in childbirth.
in the alt universe/timeline, adopted Henry Deaver was put in a cage by Preacher Deaver until the escape -that escape brought ‘Skinny’ with him to his universe/timeline.
I was a little disappointed that they decided to reveal ‘Skinny’ as some form of actual monster/demon - I thought it was more interesting when he was simply displaced and the ramifications of that.
But he couldn’t be a simply displaced person if he hasn’t aged in decades.
displaced as in “shouldn’t even be in this universe” -
He didn’t age in ‘this universe’ as he got here from his universe ‘from the future’ - as he arrived back at the same time as the adopted Deaver
Who didn’t age in that universe while he was in the cage - while that Weaver grew up.
(2 weeks in universeA, x number of years in universeB).
It really doesn’t make ‘sense’ - but it seems if you cross over to the alt universe/timeline - you stay the age you arrive @.
And with the ability to think people into homocidal maniacs.
