Sure, anyone is welcome to speculate (and I know you will), but a truly definitive answer can only come from Staff (or links to a possible previous Staff answer). BTW, yeah I searched. Search still isn’t what it used to be, ya know?

To answer the OP, it is for the convenience of Cecil. While the Perfect Master may sometimes wish to bask in the adulation of the Teeming Millions in his very own forum of CCC, he does not wish to be concern himself with the inevitable gripes, nitpicks, and invective that Staff Reports are inevitably subject to in CSR.

Staff Reports appear only on the website and so can be amended. From time to time, that’s happened, when new information arises. Hence, the two forums are handled separately.
