I’ve been kicking myself…it never occurred to me that I should have put Rodman on my list until yesterday. He’s bound to say the wrong thing sooner or later.
What am I missing about Rodman? Sure, he’s an idiotic loudmouth who likes to visit North Korea. But I don’t see where anyone thinks he’s more likely to die as a result.
Kim Jong Un seems to be the type who uses rather extreme measures to deal with perceived problems…I think it’s just a matter of time before he tires of Rodman.
Kim definitely pulled out the Batshit card and threw it on the discard pile by having his uncle executed by a dog pack.
I don’t think Rodman realized how much fire he’s been playing with.
It would be unfortunate if Kim were to get intelligence that Rodman was working for the CIA.

That was a hoax. It was published first on a (Chinese) satire site and then picked up and printed whole on a (Chinese) tabloid site. Uncle was killed by a firing squad. Story starts at about the 4-minute mark, but I don’t think you can fast-forward to that.

It’s one thing for Kim to toss another NK citizen in front of the firing squad, including his own uncle. If nobody in a position of power elsewhere gives a shit that he’s starving his own citizenry to death, nobody like that has a reason to give a shit about who loses out, or how, in his palace intrigues. But it would be jacking up the insanity by a few levels to kill a foreigner.
