Or, here’s his web site: http://www.kevinsharp.com/.

Tito Vilanova might be worth a few points to some. Ex-manager of Barcelona FC, gone at 45. Was well known to be ill so I would think some on the European side of the pond may well have him.

A wise guy, eh? Why I oughta…

I seriously thought I had him, turns out he wasn’t even on my reserve list :smack:

The death of Vilanova puts Gleena in the lead, with a total of 70 points. Gleena has been stuck in an anonymous tie with all the others who had Ariel Sharon.

Cumbrian also had Vilanova, and will be in second place with 55 points, just edging out the previous leader bowler girl, who has 54 points.

Earl Morrall, ‘Perfect Backup’ Quarterback in Dolphins’ Perfect Season, Dies at 79

OMG I’M LEADING THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME OMG!

ahem

Carry on.

Rest in peace, Tito.

Better remembered, I think, for taking over for Johnny Unitas when he was injured early in the 1968 season, guiding the Baltimore Colts to Hyperbole III, then being upset by Joe Namath and the New York Jets.

Perhaps by some, but I agree with what smithsb said, and I think he’s remembered more for that perfect 1972 season and taking over when Griese broke his leg.

R.I.P., Earl, you former 49er.

One final stat from that perfect season: as starting QBs, Griese was 6-0, and Morrall was 11-0.

Bodies, we’ve got bodies!!

Dr. Jack’ Ramsay, legendary NBA coach and a voice of the Miami Heat, dies at 89

Rapper and hip-hop producer Rodney Bryce, aka DJ E-Z Rock, producer of the hit song and album It Takes Two, died Sunday, April 27, at the age of 46.

I’m “on a Highway to Hell ---- in a hand basket”.

We can always take the moral high road knowing that our lists are saving such valuable contributions to world civilization such as Lindsey Lohan and David Hasselhoff, Chris Christie and Rush Limbaugh.

Maybe… :dubious:

Actually… no, you’re right. We’re just losers. :frowning:

One I’m genuinely a bit sad about… Bob Hoskins has died aged 71. I’ve always thought he was a terrific, largely-underrated actor, although I know he was feted for Mona Lisa in particular.

The Long Good Friday is constantly towards the top of my list of favourite films, and that final scene is just wonderful.
