Sorry, Spoons.
The Sheriff of Rottingham will chase Robin Hood no more. <sniffle>
Was this missed? Ron Moody, portrayer of Fagin in Oliver!, died in June at the age of 91.
Oh, man, we watched the taped version of the Nicholas Nickleby play in freshman English in high school. It was my favorite Dickens book and I thought the play was wonderful.
And, of course, he was great on Cheers.
Oh, that breaks my heart. I saw him in Nicholas Nickleby on TV as well and it is still the best play I have ever “seen”.
Also wonderful as Lord John Marbury on The West Wing. I thought he was slumming on Cheers.
So sad. RIP, sir.
Warehouse 13.
Damn.
Oh, that guy. Sad to see him go.
I remember an interview with one of the* Cheers *producers who said they were able to get stage performers like him and Bebe Neuwirth for recurring roles when the actors would come to Hollywood to do a movie and end up with a few weeks between the film wrapping and the start of their next play.
MPSIMS got the jump on us
Well, they knew the cheat code.
Former NFL player JaJuan Dawson missing after falling in lake.
Alby Schultz - 24 points for those that had him

That’s a juicy 24 points that nobody won.
They’ve apparently found his body.
I happened to see an episode of The West Wing today that featured him. Rees did a wonderful job of playing a character who was both a complete eccentric, yet as sharp as a tack.
And could a British ambassador in real life really get away with complimenting the first lady on her breasts?
I wonder if the paramedics blew on him, then tried restarting his heart.
At the very least, they should have tried a green mushroom
Those that picked him last year should get the points then. (me among others :D)
It was just you. Too bad!![]()
This close – this freaking close – and still no points.
<snaps fingers>
(Link is for George HW Bush’s fall, where he broke a bone in his neck)
He’s 91. At that age a fall resulting in broken bones is frequently the beginning (or acceleration) of a downward trend leading to your points. Hang in there!
