I really like Glenne Headly, although to me she’ll always be the “soap queen” from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. I also enjoyed her short stint in ER as pediatric surgeon Abby Keaton.
She was also the Barmaid (uncredited) in the first X Files movie.

I too saw it at an early age. I realized later that he would do things like step on flypaper and hop up and down on one foot, pulling it off as he spoke to Commissioner Gordon.
Aye; totally iconic performance in an iconic series.
And by all accounts an intelligent, decent man. RIP Batman.

If confirmed, here is one death that would make feel better after losing Major West:
Years ago, two kitties adopted me. One had a loopy symmetrical black and grey pattern to his fur, so I called him Roarschach. I guess it stands to reason I would sound like that.
If they ever make a bio-pic of Roarschach, I think Brad Pitt is a cinch for the lead.
