For me, it’s Dr. Phil. I’m not a fan, mind you, but I can watch him with total equanimity. I’ve even watched his show a few times when I’ve been home sick or whatever. He doesn’t bother me at all.
I don’t care about Paris Hilton enough to hate her.
There’s a lot of hatred directed at the combination of Ben Stiller/Jim Carrey/Will Ferell/Owen Wilson/Vince Vaugh/Mike Meyers. All of whom I like.
I have no particular opinion about Celine Dion, and I like My Heart Will Go On just fine.
I don’t have enough exposure to Barney the Dinosaur to really hate him.
I’ve never really seen Scooby Doo, thus I do not hate Scrappy Doo.
I thought Hayden Christensen was just fine in Eps 2 and 3.

I think people who make a big show of hating Ben Affleck—and god do they make a show if it—only make fools of themselves. He’s just an actor, sometimes bad, sometimes not. I thought him rather good in Shakespeare in Love, actually.
He was very good in Shattered Glass.
Lindsay Lohan. But I also feel rather sorry for her. I don’t get the rabid hatred of her.

Thank you. Also: J.Lo/La Lopez/whatever. I don’t like her music. I don’t find her particularly attractive. I don’t watch her movies. And I don’t care who she’s marrying or what she’s buying. With her and Affleck - how can you hate someone so boring? It’s not like either of them really do anything.

When Frank Sinatra threatened to “kick her ass”, I was so hoping that fight would be televised.
I felt genuinely bad for her when she got booed off the stage shortly after her infamous SNL appearance.
On the flip side, I have a strong dislike for Frank Sinatra (even prior to his comments about Sinead), a celebrity most people either adore or are neutral too.
Second. Well, mostly. I like Owen Wilson and WIll Farell, LOVE Vince Vaugn, Jim Carrey is hit or miss, Ben Stiller is OK if he’s NOT Ben Stiller (for example: good in Mystery Men, not good in Meet the Parents.) Mike Meyers, however, slowly went from like, to indifferent, and is sliding down the scale to not liking in my book.
I really don’t care about Lindsey Lohan (well…I care that she got skinny and blond, cause she was hot as a curvey red head,) but I don’t care about anything she does, I just used to like looking at her.

After singing some song, she held up a picture of Pope John Paul II, and ripped it in half. I think it was because of the Catholic Church’s stand on abortion, but it may be something else, or just hatred for the Pope and the Church in general.

Never understood all the pot shots about William Shatner’s hairpiece. All the people in entertainment that wear hairpieces, but he’s one of the few that gets picked on about it. There are much worse ones out there (and he wasn’t the only “Star Trek” alumnus who wore one, either.)
Now, it looks like he’s had some bad plastic surgery. He, Tony Curtis, and Bea Arther are all starting to look alike.

Yes; it was about the Church’s conspiring to shield pedophile priests from discovery and prosecution, something which America finally awoke to a few years ago.
