As a matter of fact, one common theme, that pedos are obessed with tends to be the innocence of kids.

I had a look at your list of elements required for meaningful consent, and I don’t think any child under 10 could ever fulfil them. If there is a child, somewhere, that did, I would see them more as an adult in a child’s body. Is that what you effectively want - an adult’s consciousness in a pre-pubescent body?

We’re having a hard time believing in the hypothetical child that knows what sex is and wants to have it with you. Puberty is when a person develops sexually and begins to get sexual urges. Children younger than that are sensual but not sexual.
I will concede a fine point of distinction to you that will probably get people here angry at me, and that is that what we consider appropriate touch outside of penetration is kind of arbitrary. I don’t know what the psychological reaction to stimulation of genitals is like. But, you’re right society has put a hard limit on that, and regardless of whether there is some sort of primal trauma that could result there is definitely the trauma of social pressure.

The informed consent thing is what you’re supposed to say, but you’re not really committed to it. In the post about the “very attractive four year old,” you were at least implying she was into you.
