Not that one. I could give a bunch of other quotes, but many of them have part of the title in them.
Hot Blood?
No. I so want you to get it.
Hint: It’s an old b&w one.
Is Cary Grant in it?
No, no Cary.
Ralph Bellamy is in it.
Also, two of my favorite actors from the W.A.B.A.C. machine. It would be a “dead” giveaway if I named them.
So far…
“That’s what she said. The gypsy woman.”
“For a thousand years, we Gypsies have buried our dead like that. I couldn’t break the custom even if I wanted to.”
New one. Said by the gypsy…
“Your suffering is over, Bela my son. Now you will find peace.”
This movie would be a good “one to watch” tonight.
Is it The Wolf Man?
Yes! It is The Wolf Man.
Full moon tonight.
Gotta be honest … I’ve never seen it. Context clues.
Wow. I love the old (really old) scary movies from when I was a kid.
Check out the cast…
Lon Chaney is the wolf man.
From the article, “His ability to transform himself using makeup techniques that he developed earned him the nickname The Man of a Thousand Faces.”
It may also have had to do with the fact that both his parents were deaf and he was skilled in American Sign Language (ASL).
Never in a million years would I have gotten it.
I thought with the Horror Movie thread that’s popular right now, the gypsy and her son “Bela” someone would get it.
New one…
“I will not be threatened by a walking meatloaf!”
American Werewolf in London?
Yes. He was referring to his friend Jack who had become a werewolf.
Jack did get it. Jack Batty, not the walking meatloaf.
I loved An American Werewolf In London.
Jack kept coming back looking worse and worse. I think, at one point, chunks of his face were falling off when he was talking to David.
This probably won’t last, but I love this line.
‘And, begging your pardon sir, it’s a big ass sky.’
“If it’s a severed head, I’m going to be very upset.”
