For PCs, I found the AoA Audio Extractor programme useful for this.

Any Video Converter can do this, and it’s freeware. You just convert the FLV to a WAV.

WinFF converts pretty much any video format into any other format, including audio formats.

WinFF is open source and cross platform written in Free Pascal and Lazarus.

Both VLC and MPEG Streamclip will do this.
